The City of Leominster Collectors Office uses “eBill” electronic
payment processing service for paying “current” bills online.
You need to register with the system in order to pay bills using
your computer. A short outline follows, but more complete
information is available on the eBill website.
Bill Payer:
Residents or Property Owners
eBill allows the option to electronically access and pay
Leominster Municipal bills online. What sets eBill apart from
other bill paying services is it uses bill information directly
sent from Leominster, so it can be assured that the information
on the eBill website and the information being sent back to the
Municipality is correct.
Software Requirements: eBill
supports both PC and Macintosh operating systems. We recommend
using Internet Explorer 6.0, but are compatible with Internet
Explorer 5.0+, Netscape 6.1+, Opera 6.0+ and Mozilla 1.3. All
browsers must have 128 bit SSL encryption.
Payment Options:
It's cheaper than a stamp when paying from your checking /
savings account.
Payments can be made using an electronic check (ACH) from a
checking or savings account for 25 cents per bill.
You may also make payments using Credit/Debit card. The
convenience fee when using credit cards varies based upon the
payment amount. Once logged into eBill there is a payment
calculator that can be used to display the convenience fee for a
specified dollar amount.
