Introduction
In issuing regulations, the License Commission is setting forth
the expectations of the citizens of Leominster as to the conduct
of the City's license holders. A significant objective of the
regulations is the prevention of violations. In familiarizing
themselves with these regulations, license holders will realize
that much is expected of them. The License Commission believes
that violations will be prevented because these regulations will
at last require license holders to operate in accordance with a
clearly defined, higher standard.
