Sec. 1-11. Wards and precincts.
The territory of the city shall be divided into five wards, each containing three voting precincts, established in conformity with section 7-6 of the City Charter and in accordance with state law as follows:
WARD ONE

The ordinance codified in this section will become effective December 31, 2001.
